This company will not ship magazines with firearms where they erroneously indicate the magazines are restricted. Shame on me for trusting this company would do the right thing. So basically, they keep the magazines that are supposed to come with the firearm. I’m sure they don’t throw them away and turn around and sell. I’ve purchased many firearms over the years and this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay far away and go elsewhere.
Shipping was a joke, no tracking available, called my ffl and they needed my tracking number to confirm. Well I never got one so w t f
psa. Box had no name or info on it. Ffl dealer was not pleased, nor was I. I will shop elsewhere.

All of a sudden tracking numbers for shipped orders no longer provided! This after many previous purchase where shipper tracking numbers were provided in order to allow the receiving FFL notification. If this order arrives successfully or I'm forced to file a claim with my CC, this may be my last order as MIDWAY USA still provides great CS, no longer PSA, and may require further official reporting.
UPDATE AND FYI: I solved the UPS tracking information disconnect by simply signing up for free UPS notifications anytime a tracking number is generated for my shipping address. So now UPS notifies me of any UPS tracking number generated to my shipping address.
Excellent. I’ve made several purchases here including 4 firearms assorted Ammo and accessories. Shipping is fast and reliable. It’s been two years no issues. Most of the bad reviews if you learn your way around the gun world online are fan boys of other sites or their competitors because they make their own ARs and other firearms taking money out of the bigger boys accounts. I highly recommend them.

I really want to like PSA. American made, affordable. Unfortunately when they don't deliver on service, quality or product, that makes it impossible to give 5 stars. I have bought small amounts of ammo from them without issue, except this leads me to the problem. I purchased a PSA Dagger, 9mm glock 19 clone for $299. This was 'released' in Sept 2020. I was able to snag one when they went on sale but sold 'out of stock' within 8 minutes. There seemed to be some slowness which is not a big deal, but after month after month passed without responding to my questions or delivering a product I got upset. Canned response emails a week after I ask "we are working as fast as we can." Then Jan 19th 2021 (4 months after purchase) I get an email about how they are sorry, there were supply issues and they are working on them. I can chose full refund then and there OR get a free AR-15 lower and upgrade to the PSA dagger they will ship out. This was supposed to take at most 90 days to retool. Today is 4/20/2021 It is over 7 months since I bought the PSA Dagger. I have no product and they are not responding to my emails.
I need to get this word out. Lots of potential but just be ready for them to take your money and ignore you. Roll the dice at your own risk.

Bought an optic and it was not described very well as I wanted a reticle and not a red dot. Beware their 25% restock fee! To send it back cost me $150! Customer service person was really rude too!
First and last time buying from them and will advise everyone I can find to stay away.
The prices for firearms and ammo has gone up significantly since the pandemic and much price-gouging in this market has been the norm rather than the exception. I would like to say that PSA, a company that has treated me fair over the years has not succumbed to this practice, but this is not the case. Their prices have far exceeded what others are charging for the same items. I realize that they have to pay more since wholesalers are also charging more, but PSA has taken price-gouging to a new level. Where I can find other items not found at PSA, I shall be giving them my business.
5 Stars so far..
They gave me what I ordered within the estimated timeframe so no complains.
In the past year, I've bought 4 guns from PSA, all shipped to my FFL dealer the next day, with absolutely no complications. Everything I've received from them has been of the highest quality. Their website is well maintained, stock is up to date, and they have an excellent sharable wishlist, and can notify you when out of stock items come in.
The only reason I use a competitor at this point is if it's the only place with the item in stock.
Prices, btw, are rock bottom. Below manufacturer's own webstores in some cases.
This was my first experience buying a gun online. I looked around for a few months because I wanted to make sure the site I used was legit. I was looking for a certain pistol because no one has stock in my local area. I chose PSA because most folks speak decently of them. I am from the SE US and a lot of people buy from them. I was looking for a Springfield Armory 1911 and settled on the Range Officer Champion, 45 ACP, 4 inch barrel. I ordered the gun on a Saturday, it shipped Tuesday and I picked it up from my FFL Friday. Six days start to finish. I made an account, followed their instructions and those of my FFL and I had zero issues. PSAs communications during the process were timely and their site and its system worked well. Their prices are cheaper and or comparable to other big online outfits. Their ARs and kits for ARs are cheaper bc they are made in house. I had an outstanding experience. I don’t get the negative reviews, most of them are probably people who don’t read instructions and expect mommy to do it for them. I’ve even bought a bit of ammo from them. If I buy another AR in the future it will be from PSA. I had large reservations about buying a gun online. PSA killed it with me. An all around excellent experience.
Ordered an AR upper from them. It won't fit with my Anderson lower. Called support. "Our uppers are only guaranteed to fit our lowers." I THOUGHT THE WHOLE POINT OF THE AR15 PLATFORM WAS INTEROPERABILITY?!?!?!?
Ordered up ar10 lower parts kit. Takedown and pivot pins were too short. This application was for a dpms lr 308 pattern lower, probably the most common. They sent another of their pattern set at the same length. They should of known. I can't use these but they charged me for the replacement. Not good
